Jasmine is a policewoman who has unwisely entered a suspect's flat. She has been subdued and fastened in her own handcuffs. Then she is bound to a chair, and her captor decides to undress her a bit. After all he is a kinky fellow, probably a drug dealer of some sort too. He enjoys his power over this attractive policewoman, who would not normally be available to him. So he gags her too, and threatens her with a beating.
